The Canal Panda I had heard about the Panda project but hadn't known that one of them was a "Canal Panda." While happening to stroll through Washington Harbor, I spotted Panda number 128 which is called "The Hike that Saved the C & O Canal" by artist Tom Kozar.

It appears that the town of Cumberland is pictured along with one of the aqueducts, possibly the Monocacy.
